Nearly end of this year...many things change...winter is nearly come..and new year coming with new things as hope about better things..some think that our country must get better infraconstructure also..look like many government try to make policy about this style..to get more reasonable to get more credit from citizen..and hope to make forieners invest about long time investment in thailand also...
what about long time investment? some try to look for morgage to get high garuntee about next future ...some for thier future of kids also...only realestate and nice invest in strong bond or saving...also about assurance and insurance also..
some organization have representative on negotiate about wages and welfare...they manage about government welfare to make citizen survive on every career way ..so ..if they get unfair prize for group..negotiate about making public welfare disable is easy...government and security in bad government cannot control situation..so some organization get only best wages and welfare under good negotiate in labour association.
some organize full of bad manage..they take benefit and cash for individual or group,division or depart..under corrupsion style...the chief or leader is blind although they know that budget cash is not on the way..because of the money keeper get more cash or benefit for close thier mouths!!!!
some divisions full of guys more than women in some best organization in some countries especialy about personel or law zone or finance or engine zone...because they can walk out from organize suddenly if they got unfair wages or welfare...big budget must prefer about right to take for survive of team first to manage project..
in fair paid or advance wages for vehicle or cost in survive every day prize..
in some organize ..some that kept special personal donate from profit or benefit because of thier positions...they kept these benefit in secret account for waiting some leaders cliams to ask for some that said about organize 's benefit ..that really not real public organize benefit but only for survive executive or organize budget that they cannot ask for finance division in reasonable reason..
really it is because of no real tranlucent in governance routine style..they kept cash for manage only for personal finance in many current credit or loan or mogage by take wages and cost of vehicle to rotate cash in thier loan account...if they donot do like this they will have no big money in current or account for luxury house or furniture or for keep thier family status...the law or wages personel zone cannot control the corrupsion style like this..because it is whole blood corupsion that the lowest salary of organanize can do easy..and noone emphasize interest although law zone bark about how guilthy about this..
some use chief to ask for some money of corrupsion by talk with some dealers that chief need some cost about thofit or benefit..chief cannot prove themseves that they be accused!!! the project manager keep cost cash budget to thier current account flow for thier benefit!!!
noone know how much commission for thier personal account...many enterprize or company still have thier budget about these budget for sale promotion ...for more high profit they must invest to give personal benefit for committeee or project manage or merchandize to get thier service in market long life ...especially in governnance zone...because nation budget and governance contract is in high garuntee...no cheat!!!

คิดว่าบ้านนอกชนบทแบบชานเมืองจะได้หมดไปเสียที เพราะแสนจะอุบาทวถนนแสนห่วยในความรับผิดชอบของทางหลวงชนบทและปกครองท้องถิ่น จะได้มีเงินภาษีจากพวกที่ขนดินทรายบรรทุกหนักทำถนนพังไปทำหมู่บ้านสารพัดจะได้จ่ายสตังคให้ท้องถิ่นทางหลวงมาทำซ่อมถนนมั่ง ปากซอยเห็นว่าจะมีสถานีรถไฟฟ้าเหมือนจตุจักรด้วย ต้องรอจนเหงือกแห้งหรือเปล่าไม่รู้ เพราะมันเป็นนโยบายการเมือง รอมาราวสามสิบปีได้แล้ว จนพวกรถไฟฟ้าสุขุมวิทและสายไปสนามบินเสร็จ ไอ้รถไฟฟ้าสีอื่นไม่คลอดเสียที เปลี่ยนรัฐบาลทีไม่รู้ว่าผู้ร่วมทุนต่างชาติไปตายกันหมดสิ้น เพราะรับไม่ได้กับเงื่อนไขใหม่ มันจะเปลี่ยนนโยบายไปเอื้อประโยชนให้ใครอะไรนักไม่รู้ไอ้รัฐบาลบางประเทศก็เปลี่ยนจนนักลงทุนต่างชาติอยากจะอ๊วกเต็มทนแล้ว เพราะไล่ตามเงินค่าเสียหายจากการทำสัญญาแบบวิมาณในอากาศไม่ทันเสียที เรื่องความเชื่อมั่นจากนักลงทุนจากประเทศรวยๆนี่มันแสนยาก มันหวังกำไรขนเงินกลับไปประเทศตัวทั้งนั้น ไม่งั้นอย่ามาหวังเม็ดเงินจากการระดมทุนในตลาดของประเทศของฉันเลยเชียว เห็นว่ากันจะๆว่าไอ้พวกรวยๆคุยฟุ้งไม่รู้ตอแหลหรือเปล่าบอกว่าเรื่องสร้างโครงสร้างพื้นฐานเหรอพวกวิดวะช่างสารพัดบ้านเมืองฉันนะทำกันอย่างเก่งสามารถหาที่ติที่จะฟ้องร้องเป็นคดีไม่ได้ จนที่ปรึกษากฏหมายต้องออกมาให้เครดิตพวกบริบัทรับเหมาพวกวิดวะทำสะพานทำอุโมงค์ทำรถไฟทำถนนว่าสามารถเกินมนุษยไม่รู้จะไปฟ้องร้องเอาผิดฐานผิดสัญญาได้ไง

The Societarian supports the great work that
John Prescott is doing to highlight the threat posed to the basic rights that Labour has handed down over the Last 12 years, such as the National Minimum Wage. Chuka Umunna (Labour PPC for Streatham) brought up the issue first on Labourlist back in February about the Private Members Bill to abolish the National Minimum Wage (NMW) by once Tory frontbencher Christopher Chope MP.
Some believe that as it’s a Private Members Bills it is meaningless to kick up such a fuss about this issue. Although I accept that this PMB wont pass due to the fact that there is a Labour majority in the Commons, it nevertheless means that we have to shout our loudest now so that the Tory leadership knows to leave this area well alone in case they do win the next election. We have to make it clear that the National Minimum Wage is as precious to the British public as the NHS and that NO government should ever dream of even considering to abolish it.
For those of you who still think that the Tory high command wont touch our National Minimum Wage, even though this Bill as I mentioned is being proposed by a former Cameron luvvie, then just look at how those in the current Shadow Cabinet have acted towards our National Minimum Wage.
Ignore the fact that not one Tory signed the recent EDM commemorating the 10 year anniversary of the National Minimum Wage or that only one, Bob Spink, signed the EDM to have carers recognised within the NMW.
The original bill which brought the NMW into being on 16th December 1997 was opposed by 15 out of 32 members of the current Tory Shadow. They voted against it every other time it has gone through the Commons. One is a mistake but three times is surely intent. It is very scary when you think that the only people in the current Conservative cabinet not to vote against it are those who have not either been elected to the Commons like yet like Sayeeda Warsi or those who were not elected untill after its introduction like Cameron and Osborne or those who reside in the House of Lords like Pauline Neville-Jones. Therefore we have a canbinet dominated by a group of people vehemently opposed to the National Minimum Wage and containing others who have never bothered to even express an opinion on it.
If we blogging on the left don’t defend this then it certainly wont be done by right wing nutters like Donal Blaney or Iain Dale. Let alone those like Gimpo Fawkes whose silence speaks volumes concerning his belief in freedom does not extend to the poorest workers in society.

On this Equal Pay Day 2009, we must commit to achieving equal pay for all Americans. Today, April 28, marks the point in 2009 when the average woman's wages will finally catch up with the wages paid to the average man in 2008.
In 1963, President John F. Kennedy signed the Equal Pay Act into law. Progress has been slow during the forty-six years since passage of the Act. After four decades, Americans continue to be unfairly compensated for the work they perform every day of their lives.
When the Equal Pay Act was signed into law, women working full-time and year-round earned an average of 59 cents for every dollar earned by men. In 2007, women made 78 cents for every dollar earned by men. Today, the wage gap has only narrowed by less than half a cent per year.
The impact of income disparity is communal. Equal pay is not just a women’s issue, it’s a family issue. The current wage gap hurts everyone. It lowers family income for essentials such as groceries, doctors’ visits, and child care. When women earn more, families benefit. Closing the wage gap is an integral part of strengthening American families and providing hope for a better future.
On January 29, 2009, President Obama took the first step by signing the
Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act into law to restore employee rights to challenge unlawful pay discrimination.
The
Paycheck Fairness Act, passed by the House on January 9, 2009, would take further steps to ensure that gender-based pay discrimination does not occur in the first place by closing the loopholes that have allowed employers to avoid responsibility for discriminatory pay. A comprehensive update to the 46-year-old Equal Pay Act, the Paycheck Fairness Act puts gender-based discrimination sanctions on equal footing with other forms of wage discrimination, such as race, disability or age. It creates a new grant program to help strengthen the negotiation skills of girls and women. And it creates strong incentives for employers to equally compensate workers while strengthening correlating federal enforcement efforts.
I stand in support of equal pay for all. I look forward to the day when equal pay is a firm reality and not a tenuous goal.

Minimum Wage Reaches Historic Lows
As of this spring, the real (that is, inflation-adjusted) value of the United States minimum wage has reached a new historic low. The following graph shows the minimum wage, in nominal dollars and 2005 dollars, from 1950 to 2005:

That’s right: as of this spring, the real value of the minimum wage is lower than it’s been in fifty-five years. As inflation continues to exert its eroding effect, the real value of the minimum wage will continue to fall into deeper historical depths. Senator Debbie Stabenow of Michigan has introduced a bill, S. 14, to bring the minimum wage back up to a more typical historical level. Not one Republican has cosponsored it, and it is languishing in the Senate. In the House of Representatives, no one has even bothered to introduce a bill to increase the minimum wage.
